Accompany with the development of Chinese economy and society, and the fast process of urbanization and industrialization, large scale population migration appear. More and more migrant workers enter the city by family style , so large scale migrant children appear. Because of the present Chinese household register policy and education policy, more migrant children will become returning children.Returning children are special staying children who have migrant experience. Academia and medium pay more attention to the common staying children, however, make few efforts investigating on returning children. The article researches on returning children's study status , find out many problems of study and living and hope arousing more attention to the returning children.The article adopts qualitative research method embracing in-depth case interview, observation method and literature. Adopting a country middle school and fifteen returning children cases. Retuning status is one of the important influences. The article will show the returning status by finding out the returning reasons , observing the returning attitudes, asking guardian style and contact with their parents. Education is the retuning children's aim. The article also show the returning children's studying status from school's status, the manner of going to school, personnel relation at school, using teaching material, opening curriculum and studying adaptation. We find that the guardian take little care of the returing children and returning children's study is not continuous, which are the important problems for returning children. The article tries to build up a social support system to resolve returning children's studying problems and raise the basic tactics to resolve returning children's studying problems from paying more attention to family's education function, improving the school education uncontinuation and strengthening the government's function.
