Analysis On The Status Quo And Influencing Factors Of Rural Migrant Women Returning Home To Have A Second Child

With the implementation of the "universal two-child" policy in China,the number of two-children has surged.Rural migrant women have a strong desire to have a second child,but they are faced with a variety of difficulties in reality.They give up the superior medical conditions of the destination and make the decision to return to the rural hometown with low medical level to give birth.In this paper,the status quo of rural migrant women returning home to have a second child and the influencing factors are described in detail.According to the data and the actual situation,the choice of rural migrant women's two-child pregnancy delivery is divided into four types: returning home delivery,urban delivery,urban delivery and urban delivery.After making a clear division of the choice of the place to deliver a baby,it mainly compares rural women's individual basic situation,family economic situation,work situation,mobility situation,long-term residence intention,first marriage and the situation of giving birth to the first child from six aspects.And this from the six aspects of the influence factors of the family home two children descriptive statistical analysis,first select the independent variables,software reuse SPSS22.0 multinomial Logit model is set up,into the family home two children after the first selection of the independent variable analysis of the main influence factors,and thus the model parameter estimates of the factors of influence mechanism,draw the conclusion: for rural migrant women,the first child was born in their hometown,now living in the home,don't want to live for a long time in defined,census register seat is in the northeast is prompted her second child home birth decision one of the most significant factors.According to the research results,six Suggestions are put forward:Give full play to the community management service function,enhance the rural floating women's long-term residence desire;Improve the personal quality of rural migrant women and enhance the integration of cities;Reduce the economic cost borne by women's families in childbirth and relieve the worries of rural floating families in childbirth;Reduce the cost of rural migrant women to achieve a balance between birth and employment;Bringing rural women's fertility and health care into the rural health service system and raising the level of rural medical care;We will improve public childcare services in rural areas.
