Quality education is the main theme of today's education, and its essence is the core for all students, allowing students to achieve a comprehensive, proactive and harmonious development, and turning them into the new generation with a sense of innovation, the spirit of innovation and capacity to practice. Teaching in classroom, one of the most frequent forms and means, can adapt to the requirements of education reform and the needs of a personnel creative training in the new century, which becomes the implementation of the key goals of quality education. Therefore, teaching concepts and patterns should be changed so that classroom teaching will be full of vigor and vitality, giving full play to the main body of students, and that the students gain comprehensive and proactive development during independent learning has become the focus of the current education reform. Teaching in classroom should be the core activities and the main domination position should be established and developed by activities in the teaching process. Teaching practice has proven that in the process of teaching, playing teachers'leading role in mobilizing students to learn initiative, discovering the enormous potential embedded in students, are the key points of developing teaching quality. However, if teachers do not train actively, and the students themselves do not actively fulfill the main responsibility for the exercise capacity and quality (domination), which can be compared to the situation where the students are tagged with a dominant label, but no real content. Students'main function lies in their initiative, and this is the real symbol of being dominant. In this paper, literature research, comparative study as well as experimental study are employed to explore the profile of the autonomous learning, the differences between autonomous learning and passive learning, teachers'role in students'autonomous learning, thus it is concluded that active participation strategy, the dominant activities strategy, cooperative learning strategy can be adapted to develop students'autonomous learning. As a new way of learning, many problems on autonomous learning are to be explored and opened up in later study. Each of the teachers should devote himself without hesitation to expanding the activities by making the new theory develop fully.
