In 2019,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council issued the "Chinese Education Modernization 2035",which requires the development of world-class advanced education with Chinese characteristics,enhancing comprehensive quality,establishing health first,and comprehensively strengthening school physical education;building a lifelong learning system that serves the whole people.Establish an institutional environment for lifelong learning for all.Autonomous learning is the prerequisite and foundation for establishing lifelong learning for the whole people,and attaches importance to the cultivation of students’ autonomous learning ability to achieve lifelong learning.In2016,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council issued the "Outline of the" Healthy China 2030 "Plan".The core is to focus on people’s health,strengthen health education,improve people’s health literacy,increase school health education,and shape autonomous and self-regulated health behaviors Promote mental health and improve the physical fitness of all people.Therefore,student sports self-learning not only becomes an important way to improve the physical fitness of students,but also becomes an important part of establishing a system of lifelong learning for the whole people and achieving the health of all people.It is worth discussing in depth.In view of this,this article mainly uses the literature data method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method,and logic analysis method to study the status of sports autonomy learning of Southwestern University of Finance and Economics students and their strategies to improve their ability.This article is mainly divided into five parts.First,the preface explains the research background and defines the concepts.It is learned from the literature that there are multiple schools and models of foreign autonomous learning.Domestic autonomous learning research is also based on foreign research results.Domestic applications are mostly used in culture.Secondly,the implementation process mainly uses churches,diligence,and regular competitions.Thirdly,it compares the four dimensions of students’ autonomous learning before and after.Fourthly,it analyzes the reasons for the changes in the four dimensions.Come to a conclusion and make relevant suggestions.The specific conclusions of this standard are as follows: first,the students’ autonomous learning ability has improved significantly;second,the learning motivation has improved the most,and internal and external motivations have increased significantly;third,the learning process,students can Overcome difficulties and obstacles,and conduct self-monitoring to monitor your own learning process.You will self-evaluate and self-feedback.You will work towards your goals and optimize your learning and exercise methods.Fourth,in terms of the learning environment,the learning environment has the greatest impact on the autonomous learning of sports.Fifth,in terms of learning results,students can set goals for themselves,plan content,exercise step by step,formulate exercise load,and scientifically exercise.This article suggests that while enhancing students’ self-efficacy,they also enhance their learning goals.Set the ability;enhance students’ cognitive ability and develop students’ evaluation ability;enhance students’ ability to choose learning methods;teach students how to learn;use micro-courses,fragmented learning,exercise. |
