More and more researches have indicated that teaching is one of the professions under greatest pressure. If teachers can't cope with pressure successfully, which means that teachers'job pressure has not been released for a long time, teacher burnout will be engendered. Teacher burnout has negative effect, not only affect physical and mental health of teacher, but also affect job performance, innovative ability and self-efficacy. On teacher burnout have become an point in the field of education and psychology since the mid 20th century. With the development of economic and the improve of people'life level, consumption conception of education has changed, the phenomenon of pursing high educational background has appeared. In this background, secondary vocational schools are facing survival problem, and affect the teachers'work and life, make them generate stress. If the stress can not be solved, it will be burnout. It can enrich and perfect related research of burnout and promote the development of secondary vocational education to know about teacher burnout in the secondary vocational schools.This study takes the teacher burnout questionnaire which established by Wang fang and Xu yan as research tool, the objects of the questionnaire are some teachers of four secondary vocational schools in Ying Kou city. The aim is for investigate the present situation and characteristics of teacher burnout in the secondary vocational schools in Ying Kou city, analysis on cause of teacher burnout, and put forward some pertinence suggestions for relieve teacher burnout in the secondary vocational schools.
