Job burnout refers to the phenomenon that people are not able to cope with the pressure of work correctly in the process of work and have low satisfaction,enthusiasm and loss of interest,emotional alienation and indifference.Secondary vocational school teachers must improve their professional qualities and cultivate their vision awareness in the trend of educational reform.But what about secondary vocational teachers in real life?They are restricted by various subjective and objective factors,and have a very common and serious sense of job burnout.How to solve this problem has become the most severe test of vocational education.In recent decades,many people are studying this topic,and have made many suggestions,but they have not fundamentally solved them.The old problem has not been solved,and the new problem has continued to appear.This has become an important topic.Up to now,many scholars take primary and secondary school teachers as the main research objects,and find a lot of domestic and foreign related research materials.Although some experts and scholars regard the target as the teachers of secondary vocational schools,there are still few countermeasures in the analysis of the possible factors in the focus and pertinence.By means of literature analysis,questionnaire and interview,5 secondary vocational schools in Changchun G normal school,Changchun Z technical school,Changchun J Industrial school,Changchun city Y professional school and Changchun E professional school are selected as the cases.The present situation,existing problems and causes of Vocational Burnout of secondary vocational teachers are selected as the following.Conclusion:(1)Teachers' educational background has great influence on Teachers' job burnout.(2)Age and inaction result in a lack of happiness and a serious job burnout.(3)School evaluation system results in slow promotion of professional titles,and unreasonable management mode enhances teachers'sense of job burnout.Take corresponding measures to change the current situation of job burnout.For the conclusion,we put forward the following countermeasures:(1)Improve the treatment of teachers,the evaluation conditions to relax,to enhance the social status and sense of accomplishment;(2)The mechanism of teachers' psychological service is provided.(3)Have a proper rest and arrange courses reasonably,so as to adjust the degree of job burnout.
