This study is carried out in order to teach skills of the students in physical education teachers training, select the better teaching methods, the physical education for students during the school can grasp the core of sports teaching skills, to lay the foundation for improving the future teaching ability. On the experimental teaching method of microteaching and traditional teaching effect and teaching skills were compared and analyzed, and combining with the analysis method of literature researchexp, ert interviews, expert investigation method, social investigation method, theory method, analyzes and discusses the related theory of observation method, mathematical statistics method microteaching.1. After the experiment, two groups of students overall teaching skills are improved, the micro teaching is more obvious;after the experiment, the teaching effect of micro teaching for physical education students speaking skill, action demonstration and presentation skills, teaching organization and management skills and teaching skills is better than traditional teaching in the explanation;skills and feedback technology, microteaching teaching effect is better than the traditional teaching;lead-in skills and skills in the end, both almost no difference.2. The micro teaching’s advantages are mainly embodied in:teaching information, teaching efficiency, teaching environment and a good atmosphere, can promote student reflection.3. Action skill microteaching teachers themselves, or by the teachers’ behavior so that students have the action of skills, the teaching effect is better; the second is involved in language skills:and relates to skills not is superior to the traditional teaching method of writing properties.4.
