In the teacher’s professional development, promote the improvement of teachers teachingskills are very important. A qualified teachers must possess the professional knowledge is themaster teaching skills. The "National primary and secondary school teachers in professionaldevelopment" project group analysis, the development needs of teachers teaching skills is thehighest. Therefore, the author uses the class record to study the development of the teachersteaching skills.Class record is recorded by Video equipment on classroom teaching process. Its biggestcharacteristic is to recreating class live. Using micro teaching training methods, the focus is the"micro ", especially the training time is short, single training skills. But in actual classroomteaching activities, teachers must involve a variety of teaching skills, Teachers can transformbetween the various teaching skills is also a kind of skill. If can make all kinds of teaching skillsto join training simulations, the effect will be better. The classroom activity is a good means toachieve this goal. Its clear aim, stressed key points, easy to master and control, it can meet thedemand of the development of teachers, and it is beneficial to the improvement of teachersteaching skills and enhance the quality of the whole teachers.On the basis of the general procedure of classroom teaching, the development statusof teaching skills of beginning teachers as the breakthrough point. Firstly, on the basisof the analysis of the literature is presented in this paper to study the teaching skills, thesekills have two kinds: one is the basic teaching skills, Including presentation skill, questioningskill, writing skill, changing skill. Two is to control the teaching process skills, includingguiding skill, ending skill, and organizing the classroom skill. Based on the, classificationformulate the relevant evaluation table of teaching skills. We selected the2014students whomajor in modern educational technology specialty which the school of X normal university andthe beginning information technology teacher’s (work for0-5years) who work at the schoolwhich education practice as the object of study. By using class record teaching skills training, through research on the comparison of before and after the research object. Then carries on theteaching skill level assessment, and the results of statistics, comparison and analysis, finallydraws the conclusion of the study. Based on the statistics and analysis of teaching skillsassessment tables that use evaluation, class record in improving that teaching skills of beginningteachers and using traditional teaching methods compares has the significant difference.
