College Counselor Groups Analysis Analysis And Its Construction Path

At the background of economic globalization, the strategic position and role of higher education in the international competitiveness becomes important gradually. College counselors as and teachers as an important component element of colleges and universities teaching team and management team, who are engaged in the work of moral education, the backbone power of developing the ideological and political education of college students, the mentor and guider of the healthy growth of college students. Their job positions, job responsibilities, quality requirements, job level are not only directly impact on the healthy growth of university students, but also directly impact on social continuous, harmonious and healthy development. Therefore, under the new situation and demands, it is an urgent and important task to enhance the construction of college counselors.This paper applies to some sociology theories, such as role theory, motivation theory and need theory. First of all, it briefly introduces emergence, development and historical problems of our nation college counselors system. Then, it takes X university counselors as investigation and study target. It in-depth investigates and analyzes the present state, management and construction issues of current college counselors, and so on. It discusses the underlying reasons that are hided behind the problem, states the selecting ways about the construction of college counselors ream and proposes operational recommendations, in the hope of promoting the construction and development of college counselor's teams.In this paper, the specific research methods are mainly the following two: First, literature retrieval method, the use of literature retrieval method on the current instructor of college-related academic research and data collection, on the one hand, existing research summarized analysis, from Institute to obtain the required second-hand information and data, saving the time required to investigate and funding; on the other hand, know the progress of the subject, and then studied to determine their own starting point.
