Class teaching is not only the basic form of school tutoring but the most important part of the curriculum reformation.And the basic mission of development of school teaching reformation is Promoting of effectiveness of class teaching,which is also a basic guarantee of success of cumculum reformation.Effectiveness,is just the eternal subject of class teachingResearching effective strategy of teaching will urge teachers to do more deeply understanding of the curriculum goal,new text books and the students etc.Furthermore the research would let the goal of teaching more accurate and assure teachers would perceive pro and con,so that our teachers can find away which practices teaching methods and effective teaching molds,which is under the teaching idea called "independence,cooperation, researching".This article introduces the principle of "effective teaching" first,and gives a brief account of the domestic and international research condition state,consulting and following this theory it examines the current situation of Chinese classroom teaching,reveals the striking Problem of "high input,low output",then inquiries into the causes of this problem.The article introduces the principle of "effective teaching" under the background of the new curriculum and summarizes tentatively the characters that "effective teaching" should have:the teaching target is accurate and explicit,and can easily be transformed into the students study goal;the students are always in the state of being safe,free and open-minded;the students can participate in the whole process of teaching actively;the students' creative thinking ability in Chinese can be completely developed.On the basis of this theory,This article emphases explored the Chinese teaching practice what under the background of the new curriculum,organization teaching in Reasonable;Enhances the validity of the classroom teaching organization,make a clear goal of teaching;improve the validity of the classroom teaching,enhance investigate the learning of students;improve the efficiency of studying,use cooperative learning strategy in reasonable;Excitated the students'study motive.Use metacognition learning strategy sufficiencily,make the students learn study.In this part emphasized Cooperative learning strategy and Metacognition learning strategy.Cooperative learning teaching strategy is a teaching strategy widely used in the world.It is used to raise study results,to develop students' language,to bring out their potentialities. Metacognition strategies function mainly through fostering students' ability of metacognition. This strategy make students get to know the way of self-teaming,such as self-guide,self-monitor, self-encourage.The two strategies can play a positive role in solving the problems of Chinese teaching in middle school,that is,the sweeping and indistinct teaching aims,imperfect feedback system,too few chances for language practice,lack of methodical guide for intelligence resources management.Last on the base of the reasonable considering,this article carries on the practical discussion of some actual problems and methods,strategies about the Chinese teaching,at the same time it talks about the standard and evaluations about Chinese effective class teaching behaviors deeply. It gets some standards about Chinese effective class teaching behaviors from three aspects:the organization of the Chinese teaching,the delivery of the Chinese teaching and the evaluation of the Chinese teaching,the paper also wants to get rid of the misunderstanding area of examination and try to build up the standard of the Chinese teaching behaviors.The paper draws the conclusion that effective Chinese class teaching behaviors are an important target during the new curriculum revolution process,it is one of the important assurances to carry out the new curriculum revolution successfully.
