With the further reform of the new curriculum , regular teaching management which is the guarantee of the teaching quality and keeping the normal teaching order, is devoted more attention to by the administrators. However, with the new standard of school courses, many problems of regular teaching management have appeared, for example: some of the schools overemphasize the so called "creation" while ignore the existence of the regular teaching, whereas other schools merely pay lip service and ignore the implement of the regular management. Still others overemphasize the standardization of the management while ignore the human factors or lack the related theories of regular management.As for the study of the regular teaching management, many specialists in the theory of education both at home and abroad and school administrators have focused on it. But these studies and statements remain in terms of theory, and the practice of optimizing the management is in the early stage . The topic is put forward on the basis of the significance of enhancing the teaching management and introspection on the teaching management in the present ordinary high school.Adapting the methodology of documentation , questionnaire ,and case, and by studying the present situation of the topic, looking through the related materials, analyzing the survey results and introspecting my own teaching management experience, I put forward some countermeasures, which are: establishing sound administrative policy, paying more attention to the details, the practice and the long term of the management. Also, we'll attach new meanings to the teaching management, highlight the characteristic of our school courses, embody the humanity of the management, and try to get the teaching management regular and scientific, as well as creative, and humanism. Only by doing so, can regular teaching management play a stable role in teaching and improving the teaching quality and further more, promoting the position of school culture.
