Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasure Of Practical Teaching Management In A Universities

In the context of China’s supply-side structural reform,the industrial structure has undergone a large-scale transformation and adjustment,but the corresponding education supply-side reform has lagged behind.For higher education,and supply side structural reforms that meet the needs of the transformation of the practice teaching system,can meet the needs of the people who were education to adapt to the social development,and can let more people enjoy the diversification and high level high quality education service,can meet the needs of education workers to education mode diversification.Higher education is the main carrier of talent training,and practical teaching,as the carrier,can not only highlight the connotation and characteristics of university education,but also improve the quality of training and teaching.Under the new situation,how to develop and improve the management system of practical teaching,carry out practical teaching effectively,and solve the contradiction between the demand of innovative and practical talents and the cultivation mode of university talents is an important difficulty.In the face of development opportunities,we must actively respond to challenges,from the practical teaching objectives,system,management mode,theoretical basis,etc.,to establish a solid and stable practice teaching management system,in order to adapt to the development of The Times.In this paper,the undergraduate practice teaching management as the goal of research,the use of case method to A school practice teaching management analysis and find out the existing problems,mainly: the practice teaching reform is not complete;The standards of practical course management and academic quality evaluation are not perfect;The second classroom education is a mere formality,the construction of practice teaching platform is not enough.In view of these problems,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and Suggestions to innovate the path of practical teaching management from the aspects of practice teaching reform,practice curriculum and academic quality evaluation standard and practice teaching platform construction.
