Students' Leisure Education Status And Strategies

As the development of the age and the advancement of science and technology, the leisure is entering people's life day by day. The leisure causes the modern people who under the arduous working and mental pressure obtains the rest and the relaxation. In a study society, the leisure also has the function of consummating oueselves, enrich our lives and innovation. For the society, the good leisure can prevent the social questions, promote the communication with each others and is advanced to establish the harmonious society. In certain degrees, the leisure is a good way to protect and inherit the national culture, and to promote the economic development.The university students will be the pillar of the state in the future, so their leisure time is quite abundance. The qualities of their leisure lives will affact their lives and determine whether they will become the useful persons. How to arrange their leisure time is the question which each university student must face. The article bases on the analysis of the leisure, and gives a division of the leisure time and the leisure education of the university students. The writer analyzes the class and layer of the leisure action,focuses on the content and the aim of the leisure education and the precondition of scientific and well-liking leisure life. In attempt to distinguish the leisure of the university students'leisure into four levels: low-grade, simple-passstime, abundanced and realized themselves. The article announces that the final aim of the leisure education is to bring up the person who is capable to gain the happiness and successful life. The content of the leisure education is to cultivate the good leisure values and moral outlook, raises university students'leisure energy. The article explains that the leisure education of the university students plays a important role in knowledge structure and socialization of the university students, and also the article illuminates the reform of college education and the meaning of the leisure education of the university students. The writer points out that leisure education is the requirement of university students'all-aound development and recognized values of college, and is also the requirement of the education reform.The second part analyzes the status and deficiency of leisure time education in Liao Cheng University. The author investigates university students'leisure time in the form of questionnaire which is consisted of investigation of their leisure time, investigation of their values about the leisure time, investigation of their leisure time activities and investigation of their satisfaction about leisure time life. According to the theoretical analysis of leisure time education and research, the author concludes the status of leisure time education in Liao Cheng University as follows: abundant leisure time education environment, principle participant formed by counselor and individual student, various forms of leisure time education. On the basis of the analysis about leisure time education, the author also points out its shortcomings: the university teachers'weak awareness of leisure time education, lack of collocation and training for the people relevant to leisure time education, imperfectness of the course set for students'leisure time education and activity formalization of the leisure time education.Aimed at the analysis of the case study of Liao Cheng University, in the fourth part, we think of that how to advance the leisure education in theory and practise levels, and try to point out the strategy of the leisure education. We suggest that we should rorganizes and reconstructs the school culture in order to rises university student's leisure values. Take the leisure activity as the center, povides the corresponding personnel, strengthens to orgnize and the leisure education. The safeguard of the leisure education is the united with family,school and society in space and time. In this kind of suggestion, we should emphasize the students'self-education, and guarantee the"the free choice"of the leisure.
