At the end of the 1990's,the competition that enterprises are facing is fiercer,so,it is difficult to rely on their own ability to meet the growing demands of the market.A "wider horizontal,shorter vertical" corporate restructuring wave was launched around the world. More and more enterprises have begun to focus on building core competencies,while some important but non-core business functions are sent to outside "experts" to do,and that is service outsourcing.Service outsourcing is becoming the trend of world business, and outsourcing strategies for enterprise development is also becoming an important strategic tool.Under such circumstances of inevitable tendency,as a brand new module of operation and management,Business Process Outsourcing(BPO) has been already acknowledged and widely adopted,for it could effectively combine companies' inside resources and outside resources.However,although BPO is widely applied in the enterprises,related studies are only on its initial stage in the academy,and especially the development of BPO human resources is rarely found.BPO professionals need to have the following skills:management skills,professional skills,foreign language skills,computer skills,as well as the overall qualities.The existing pattern of China's colleges and universities training patterns exist deficiencies such as:"the college entrance examination is the key link","strict in -wide out" training methods,training objectives is not clear,"a narrow-diameter,narrow professional" training specifications and training programs,the practice of teaching is relatively weak. China's colleges and universities training patterns failed to meet the requirements of professional skills of BPO human resources,failed to meet the BPO foreign language skill requirements,failed to meet the BPO requirements of the overall quality of talent.According to the structure of raising the question,analyzing the question and dealing with the question,this thesis tried to do some tentatively study on this rarely touched area by comprehensively applying many analytic methods,such as comparison analytic method and qualitative-quantitative analytic method.Through deep analyzing to the present situation of domestic and international BPO development,this thesis gave China's colleges and universities new BPO training patterns.
