| In recent years,the size of university undergraduates is becoming bigger and bigger, and the number of the graduate students of getting larger and larger.At the same time,the employment situation of university graduates is increasingly rigorous,which urgently requests us to value and strengthen university undergraduate's career planning work. Therefore,the author does special research on Chinese university undergraduate's career planning in order to promote its theoretical development and the practical instruction work.This paper is based on career planning theories,such as occupation-one matching theory,personality types-vocational types matching theory,and its main channels to attain information and empirical data include documentation inspection,expert advice, questionnaires and interviews.The thesis firstly analyzes the employment situation for college students,points out some problems from aspects of students and schools,explores the relationship between career planning and employment,and in further arrives the conclusion that successful employment and career planning are highly relevant.Then,the author summarizes the problems in present university undergraduate's career planning, and workout career planning questionnaire and investigated the two universities. Therefore,the author does special research on Chinese university undergraduate's career planning in order to promote its theoretical development and the practical instruction work. |
