Deyang City, Sichuan Tourism Vocational Schools, Vocational Guidance System Reengineering

At present, graduates from vocational school are faced with a variety of occupational problems,From the investigation we have found that the construction the occupational guidance system of Sichuan DeYang Vocational School of Tourism has faced many problems such as lagged conception, imperfect institution, short supply of special teacher, unilateral content, and so on. So based on scientific paper and the theory of vocational guidance, the author do some research about the occasional guidance work of Sichuan Deyang Vocational School on the theory and practice.This paper have four parts: The first part aims to expound the significance of this paper, the theme of the research, and in this part a clear definition to employment instruction has been made and expounds the origin and development of employment instruction home and abroad. The second part from the investigation of our school's Occupational guidance we expounds the present condition of Sichuan Deyang Vocational School of Tourism and the problems. In the third part, the author constructs the Occupational guidance system of Sichuan Deyang Vocational School of Tourism. In the fourth part author constructs the Performance appraisal system of Occupational guidance, we recognize the school career guidance work is a serious pre-planning, implementation work, so we need a scientific and rational performance evaluation system to ensure the school career guidance work and help students in career development. Chapter 5, in this chapter we give some measures to help the development of occupational guidance word in Sichuan Deyang Vocational School of Tourism , these measures divided into four aspects, including the concept of career guidance, teachers, library and information network and external cooperation. The last chapter is conclusion, gives a summary the study and proposed the future direction.
