Middle school is the link between primary education and university education.It's an important stage of the basic education in our country.What's more,it's also a critical stage for adolescents to grow up and develop.In order to tamp the basic education of middle school,the quality of teachers is particularly important and pivotal.Teachers,as a special profession,it plays an important role in the growth of students and bears significant responsibilities.As teachers of preaching and solving doubts,they all affect their students and are learned and imitated by students.It's no doubt that the quality of teachers is vital to students.There are multiple factors that determine and influence the quality of teachers.In addition to the knowledge base,professional skills,personal cultivation and personality,junior middle school teachers' happiness,work stress,psychological capital appreciation status and other factors will also have an impact.Especially the teachers' occupational happiness,which is not only a barometer of teachers' physical and mental health,but also influence education effect directly.To a certain extent,it even affects the direction and success or failure of the quality education in China.Yong'an is a small mountainous city with underdeveloped economic and education in Fujian Province.And educational resources there are in short supply.Although in this unfavorable situation,the basic education of Yong' an city still achieves outstanding achievement.However,the occupational happiness of teachers is obviously insufficient.Especially the middle school teachers face the situation of heavy duty and pressure,which has affected the enthusiasm of teachers' work and prevented them from exerting their teaching level to the maximum extent.This article chooses the group of Yong' an city's middle school teachers as the research object,focuses on their occupational happiness factors,studies the happiness status of teachers' work and finds out the influencing factors,based on which to seek policy guidance solutions from the aspect of education managers.Based on the actual situation of Yong' an city,this question research enters into the life of first-class middle school teachers through questionnaire and interviews,deeply understanding the happiness situation of middle school teachers during educating,listening to their views about improving teachers' happiness,analyzing the factors that affect the improvement of middle school teachers' happiness,exploring effective measures to improve teachers' happiness,and providing relevant policy recommendations for improving happiness of middle school teachers.
