The Initial Research Of The Occupation Value For College And University Guidance Teachers

This research,which associates the foundation of document overview,combines the result of the open-ended questionnaire and small sample test,set up the constructive dimension of guidance teachers' occupational values,drew up a questionnaire that is suitable for college and university guidance teachers' occupational values,the questionnaire was investigated in a big area among college and university. According to the covariance result,we draw a conclusion:(1) Occupational values of college and university guidance teachers were constituted with six dimensions:society contribute mindset,material guarantee mindset,work environment mindset,personal living mindset,respect and good reputation mindset,ego development mindset.(2) The questionnaire Have a better credible and effective letter degree,can be used as a research tool which studies a college and university guidance teachers' occupational values.(3) Each dimension of occupational values was ordered one by one according to the average cent size:Society contributes mindset＞material guarantee mindset＞work environment mindset＞personal living mindset＞respect and good reputation mindset＞develop a mindset by one's own.(4)College and university guidance teachers' occupational values has obvious sex difference on a few dimensions,the male guidance teachers value work environment, respect and good reputation and ego development more,but the female value a material guarantee more.(5) Along with the increment of the age,college and university guide teachers' value for material guarantee present to a descend trend.(6)The college and university guidance teachers' occupational values have the obvious differences in several dimensions with different school category.Guidance teachers in high level colleges and university value respect and good reputation more, but those teachers in the general college and university think of material guarantee and ego development more.(7) Compared with graduated student educational background teachers,the guidance teachers of undergraduate course educational background value an ego development more.(8) As a whole,University guidance teacher' leading occupational values were positive and healthy.
