Private higher education is an important part of Chinese higher education.According to statistics,there were 750 private institutions of higher education with 6.496 million students in 2018.Private colleges have played an important role in increasing the supply of opportunities for higher education,meeting the diverse educational demands of the general public,and promoting the reformation of higher education system,thus have cultivated a large number of applied talents for Chinese economic and social development.Although Chinese private colleges have been running schools for 20 or 30 years,their school-running patterns are still in the stage of exploration and development,and there are still many problems in the management process.In recent years,the problem of teacher turnover in private colleges is increasingly serious,which seriously restricts the improvement of teaching quality and the subsequent development of private colleges.S college,as one of the private colleges,is also troubled by this problem.Therefore,how to solve the problem of teacher turnover is the meaning of this research.Based on the analysis of the current situation of teacher turnover in S college,this paper seeks the causes of teacher turnover in S college and proposes resonable solutions to the problem of teacher turnover according to the statistical analysis of the data obtained from interviews and questionnaires.The contents of research are mainly reflected in the following aspects.First,the related concepts and research in China and abroad are summarized to provide a certain degree of theoretical basis and guidance for the research of this paper.Second,based on the S college teachers' current condition and loss situation,combined with the two research methods,questionnaire and individual interview,deeply investigated and analyzed from the perspective of human resource management for the real reason of S college's teacher turnover.The main reasons for S college's problem are the unreasonable compensation system,the imperfect incentive mechanism,the unsound welfare system,the weak consciousness of human resource management,the regional environment factors as well as the inherent bias of private education system and so on.Finally,for the reasons of the loss of teachers,combining with S college governance practices related to brain drain in recent years,put forward effective countermeasures from the perspectives of optimization of salary system and performance appraisal system,establishing a rich incentive mechanism,perfecting the welfare system,setting the humanist management philosophy and introducing the modern human resources management system.By researching,it can be found that the objective of human resource management of S college is to adjust the human resource management methods and related systems in real time and maintain a stable state of adaptation with the faculty.The solutions proposed in this paper match the current situation of the loss of teachers in S college,and will constantly improve,form a good practice feedback optimization mechanism,continue to explore its actual implementation effect,and maintain the stability of teachers in S college and the sound development of the college.Meanwhile,the study of this paper not only provides reference for private colleges to solve similar problems,but also expects to provide theoretical support for the construction of teachers in private colleges and provide useful reference for human resource managers in private colleges and make a modest contribution to the booming development of Chinese private colleges.
