| With the development of society and the promotion of quality education, the mental health education has draw the increasing attentions of many aspects, such as educational departments,society,schools and family.The classes of mental activity is the most important way to carry out the mental health education in schools,.At present ,there is an obvious tendency of subjects,which mainly based on teaching,discussion,role acting and other external counseling methods.However, the classes of mental activity doesn't hit the students' hearts and ignores the internal self-reflection and development of the mental health education and the students' main roles.As a result, the psychological education has little effect on students due to the shortage of consciousness of positive inquiry into content of psychological activity and being unable to stimulate students to play an active role in the education.The research study is the entry point of current curriculum reform, which is adopted in every subject.The essay emphasizes the direct experience of students, selects themes in the real life,and stimulates the students to look for the knowledge and solutions of dealing with problems. It has many coincidences with mental health education in curriculum goals ,content and relationship between teacher and student. The combination of activity curriculum of psychological education and research study not only expands the field of choosing topics of research study,but also starts a new way of activity curriculum of psychological education.The essay demonstrates the curriculum goals,course content, teacher-student relationship.And there is consistency and promotion between research study and mental health education in theory.On this basis,I investigate how to develop the research study and select a senior high school as a object of the experiment.Generally speaking ,the experiment is basically successful, but in the meantime we find many problems which should be studied in the future. |
