Under the present quality education background, the capability of education technology becomes more and more important for primary and secondary school teachers. Normal college is to cultivate the cradle of primary and secondary school teachers, so the teacher education teaching in normal colleges directly influences the level of education talents. The capability of education technology is one of the necessary professional abilities for college teachers in normal colleges since Higher education Department of Ministry of Education issued related document, education technology training for college teachers have been launched in March,2000.In recent years, the capability of education technology for college teachers is full swing, but according to normal college teachers training almost no. The training content and mode reference the primary and secondary school, and can not meet the needs of college teachers. Training contents ignore college teachers characteristics, part training contents update slowly, the theoretical knowledge and practical skills weight ratio is not reasonable, all of this affect the effect of training.This paper analyzed the status of college education technology training and the significance of research training contents in chapter 1;Introduced the following 5 foundations:adult learning theory, teacher knowledge theory, the category of study theory,blended learning theory and advanced training ideas in chapter 2; combined with questionnaire, statistics analysis, empirical research detailed analysis the education technology of courses content in normal colleges in chapter 3;We finally give the frame of college teacher educational technique training and concrete design in detail based on the survey, data analysis, and how the training outspread in author university in chapter 4.We proposed suggestions for education technology training work in normal colleges through reference searching, cases research questionnaire survey and data statistical analysis.
