The existence of absence of hidden has had significantly influences on the improvement of instructional quality and the harmony and optimization of environment.This phenomenon has gradually attracted the attention of teaching staff and theory researchers who has brought forward their individual sights and strategies for dealing with it.However,these research results analyzing and studying the absence of hidden are just the descriptions and analysis of one aspect,mostly resting on the superficies of absence of hidden in secondary and elementary schools and experience introduction of classroom management,and lacking in-depth theoretical thinking and discussions.What's more,they are in a scattered situation without essential standpoints and theories,and there are even rare systematic literatures and works.This dissertation employed questionnaire approach to comb systematically the secondary and elementary schools in Shandong Province for the status quo of absence of hidden.The results of questionnaire were analyzed by SPSS 14.0,and the status quo of absence of hidden in the sample schools were assessed objectively.This investigation about the secondary and elementary schools in Shandong Province represented the apparent characteristics of the general status quo of these schools-catholicity of existence,universality of influences,and salient discrepancy of attitudes.This essay probed into these phenomena and their causes from the perspectives of interaction between society and schools,interaction among schools,and the internal relationships of schools.Based on the above-mentioned discussions,the author symmetrically analyzed and summarized the causes of formation of absence of hidden in secondary and elementary schools and their advantages and disadvantages.He also made some personal suggestions about the management and introduction of current absence of hidden in secondary and elementary schools from both macro-level and micro-level,including the efforts made by society and our governments aiming at conducting and dealing with these rules and the strategies adopted by administrators and teachers in secondary and elementary schools.This paper aims at playing a definite role in improving the quality of teaching and management in secondary and elementary schools,and making secondary and elementary schools lay a better foundation for our education.
