Teachers' professional conception refers to the reflection of teachers' professional knowledge,opinions and expectations in a certain historical and cultural background,under the influence of daily life,education and teaching practices and others.These views will have a direct impact on Teachers' professional value judgment,and then determine the implementation of their educational behavior and the strength of their willingness to professional mobility.For novice teachers in the county,their teachers' professional concept decide whether they can take root in teacher posts or even teach for life or not.This study takes novice teachers in elementary and secondary schools in the county as the research object,comprehensively uses the first-hand data obtained from questionnaires and case interviews to understand the status,problems and reasons of their professional conception,and proposes some suggestions for improving their teachers' professional conception.The targeted solutions are intended to provide some useful reference for the stability of elementary and secondary school teachers in the county.The study found that the level of professional conception of novice teachers in elementary and secondary schools in the county is at a moderately high level,but some of the novice teachers have a negative attitude toward the professional conception of teachers.This part of the novice teacher's negatively professional conception affects the overall enthusiasm.This article mainly analyzes the causes of problems in the professional conception of novice teachers in elementary and secondary schools in the county from three aspects: social,school and individual reasons.For social reasons,uncertain and imperfect national policies,and the general professional reputation of teachers in elementary and secondary schools,poor teacher treatment,serious loss of students,and poor quality of students are the reasons for the problems of novice teachers in elementary and secondary schools in the county.From the perspective of schools,the low quality of school leadership and management,the unreasonable division of labor and work content of teachers,the conflict in the form and timing of teacher training are the reasons for the low level of enthusiasm of some novice teachers.From an individual point of view,the lack of strong willingness to teach and the strong demand for self-development are also the reasons leading to the low degree of enthusiasm of some novice teachers in their professional conception.Finally,the study also proposes to encourage novice teachers in the county from three aspects: the government should enhance the vocational attraction of compulsory education teachers in County,schools should create a cultural environment of "people-oriented",and teachers should devote themselves to self-development and self-improvement.
