The stability of the teaching resources directly affect the quality of teaching.However,there is always a hidden danger of the attrition of teachers in private schools,and its impact is far-reaching.According to random interviews and questionnaires,this paper knows that there exist the attrition of teachers in the current Zhaoqing private secondary vocational school,based on the actual situation of Zhaoqing secondary vocational schools,combined with Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory to design a questionnaire,picked up the influencing factors in order to in-depth investigate and analyze them.Through it analyzed these data,it is concluded that the factors of the attrition of teachers in a secondary vocational school in Zhaoqing focus on the level of salaries and welfare,working conditions,campus cultures,school management modes and so on,which are analyzed briefly these factors,and put forward some corresponding management countermeasures.In this paper,the process of the study will focus on the status of the attrition of teachers n private secondary vocational schools and the analysis of the influencing factors.In terms of countermeasures for the attrition of teachers in a secondary vocational school in Zhaoqing,the conclusion is drawn that we should correctly treat the phenomenon of the attrition of teachers in vocational colleges.The key of management strategies of the attrition of teachers in vocational schools includes two strategies: teachers management and stabilization of the teaching staff.Specifically speaking,on the one hand,we should formulate policies to create overall climate for respecting secondary vocational school teachers in society,and then improve the actual poor of secondary vocational schools,which is created a fairer and more harmonious campus atmosphere;on the other hand,we should try to further improve the spiritual incentives and material incentives to establish a more competitive incentive mechanism.In addition,it is also necessary to try to strengthen moral construction of college teachers,making career development plans,improving teachers' on-the-job training,and promoting the professional development of teachers,which are achieved the effective combination of teachers' personal development and college development,and then promoted teachers to have a wider space.In order to ensure the effective implementation of the strategy,this paper also puts forward to further broadening the communication channels within a secondary vocational school in Zhaoqing,which is further improved early warning system of the attrition of teachers in private secondary vocational school.These targeted strategies are implemented,which will be able to effectively prevent the attrition of teachers in private secondary vocational schools.
