Competitive Sports And The Value Of Human Capital Formation Analysis

It is a process to form the sports human capital and many factors influence its formation. The value of sports human capital is the core of this paper. There are various methods were used to analyze factors related to the formation of sports human capital. The analyzing aim offer helpful reference to investment and income distribute of sports human capital.This thesis include five chapters, the first chapter clarify economics and sociology theory related to sports human capital and analytic methods which used in this paper ,such as qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis ; canonical analysis and demonstration analysis; comparative analysis and so on. In the second chapter, we analyze the concept of sports human capital. For sports human capital is root from the concept of human capital,so we must briefly introduce the concept of human capital and then on the basis of former researching we define the concept of sports human capital on the economics and sociology aspects. It aim to give a clearly area of research. In the third chapter, we analyze the formation of sports human capital. The congenital factors and main body of investment and the shape of investment are analyzed respectively. For sports human capital has closely related to people's body ability, so congenital factors are considered as an important aspect for analysis. In china, the main investors of sports human capital are family, company, government .They play different roles to form sports human capital and they constantly changed with the development of the society. The invest shape of ports human capital are training and match; healthy; obtain employment and transfer. They reflect emphases of investment to sports human capital and it's the conditions to assure the formation of sports human capital and also restrict to its development. The forth chapter analyze the value formation of sports human capital. It include: conditions, modes, process for the formation of sports human capital. The value formation of sports human capital is different from commonly commodity at condition; mode aspects. It not only limited by people physiology and psychology factors but also limited by material condition. There are three factors– market; company; individual-which may influence formation of sports human capital .In addition, trade of sports human capital is the precondition to form its value. We build up a model basis on former analysis and aim to find the rule of its formation. In the fifth chapter we analyzed the questions which determine the income of sports human capital. This is an important aspect which may influence its value. Today, in sports area many conflicts appear. The roots of conflicts are unfair distributing about the income of sports human capital. In this chapter, we first analyzed main questions of income distributing and then build up an AHP model to solve these problems. AHP model can also give rational advice to our policy constitutors.
