| "Learn to communicate,learn to cooperate,learn to learn and learn to survive"is the basic requirement of education in this information age.It's commonly agreed in both China and foreign mathematic education academia that attention should be paid on the effect of communication and the promoting of the communication ability in mathematics,which is becoming the trend and tendency of the development of middle school mathematic education.This thesis is aimed to do a theoretical and practical research on mathematic communication teaching in middle school classroom from the aspect of mathematic communication.Mathematic communication,using mathematic language as a media in all kinds of mathematical activities,is aimed to transfer mathematic information and solve mathematic problems,and is the dynamic process of the influence and promotion between students.Putting the theory into practice is good for the construction of the new relationship between teachers and students,good for consolidating the understanding of mathematic,for encouraging the students to learn independently and for motivating them to come up with new ideas.The proposing of"mathematic communication"is based on a variety of theories.This thesis mainly analyzes it theoretically from the aspects of communication,construction and multivariate intelligence.The main content of this thesis presents my study on promoting the mathematic communication ability.I chose a research approach that combined in-class tests and general evaluation to do a research on how to apply mathematic communication in classroom learning and teaching.The research indicates that the factors that influence mathematic communication lie in the conscious of communication,language,environment and evaluation,etc.Concerning all the factors,I chose the following strategies in my research:motivate communication between students and teachers to get involved in mathematic communication,set an environment of communication for the students,guide the students to convey ideas via reading,listening,writing and speaking,etc,consolidate the training of using mathematic language,and evaluate communication scientifically.During the six-month study,I collected a considerable amount of in class videos and questionnaires,analyzed the data and information rationally and comprehensively and came up with the periodic conclusion that in mathematic teaching,mathematic communication is effective in motivating the students to learn actively and voluntarily,in fostering the pleasant emotion to mathematic and the conscious of communication,in improving the students' communication and oral expression ability.At the same time,the study also shows that mathematic communication helps to improve the learning efficiency in classroom.Based on all above,I provide a number of suggestions on how to apply mathematic communication in classroom. |
