Course resource library with network as its base, resource at its core, sustainable application as its target and service as its charateristic is of increasing importance to the improvement of teaching efficiency and the development of education informationization process. This thesis reviews a lot of teaching research literatures related to course resource library from the generation of course resource and its quality evaluation, the construction of course resource library and its integration with relevant course, the utilization of course resource library in teaching repectively. On the basis of commenting on these literatures simply, this thesis focuses on the utilization of course resource library in teaching based on information technology. The main work of this thesis includes three parts, it starts with the explaination of theory basis of information technology teaching model based on course resource library,such as constructivism and situated cognitive theory,this teaching model and its features are outlined.Next, this thesis sets forth the conception of course resource library and its importance as well as required construction conditions, analyzes working mechanism of course resource library in details, discusses issues about the design of teaching process in information technology teaching model based on course resource library, provides a new thought for the construction of new type course resource library and its due characteristics on the basis of descripting drawbacks of current course resource library. Furtherly, aimming at characteristics of students in different phases of cognitive process, this thesis discusses the utilization of course resource library in sensation,understanding, consolidation and utilization through mini cases respectively, and compares differences between teaching model based on course resource library and traditional teaching model in these four phases, the merits of teaching model based on course resource library are extruded, a completed case about information technology teaching model based on course resource library is given. In the final, this thesis analyzes drawbacks of information technology teaching model based on course resource library and its corresponding improving methods are discussed.
