Study Of Network Education Training Mode

21st century is the world of informationization . Informationization has become great trends especially for economic and social development .Information technology with the core of network technology and multimedia technology is regarded as the creative instrument to explore human capacity.Information technology,mainly by the means of computer,has been widely used by various countries in education.It has turned into the symbole of modern education and the trend of education reform to utilize the teaching process as much as possible.Nowadays,there exist some problems about colleges and universities online education,such as the model of online education, forms of organization, professional position, running ideas, goals and development, planning and implementation of major construction, personnel training mode, the overall quality of students and teachers cultivate quality and social effects, and so on.For the main problem of the personnel training mode, this paper suggested colleges and universities online education should establish a new idea and concept to build a model of application-oriented training, with a focus on:1. In the Introduction part of the first model of personnel training, the concept of online education has been defined . Our country is in the emergence of online education, pointing the development and status of personnel training , summing up our country's online education problems of colleges and universities training mode.2. followed by analysis of online education abroad, personnel training patterns and characteristics of the status quo. According to the application of the basic connotation of talent, training people to identify the basic requirements of online education in China's colleges and universities training orientation mode characteristics.3. and finally put forward a systematic training model of the implementation of the main points.(1) It's the base of the model of personnel training to make sure of the concept and the position as well as object,so we should enhance professional planning,establish the lessons systems fitting for personnel training and explore the text books contents.(2) Throught the whole teaching processes of personnel training models constructions,we should make great use of teachers' leading roles and students' volunteering roles.(3) To explore and establish scientific standardized, flexible functioning of the teaching quality assurance system, the construction of a full-featured, well-equipped modern educational media laboratory, to establish a stable base for the practice of internal and external training, to explore an effective and improve the overall quality of students ability of the new school system, and continuously improve the quality of teaching and school level.(4) Teaching support service system are the pillars of online education and guarantee the quality of teaching. Teaching stack implementation are the basis of the heart. In order to build the model of online education, it is necessary to support innovation service system, through teaching and research reform of management system work in phases, at different levels of research and construction, for application-oriented model to create conditions for training.
