So far, the higher vocational logistics education has get a fast development, but at the same time, there are still many problems on talents training with its rapid development as the late starting of higher logistics vocational education. Lacking of a deeply investigation and understanding of the demand of logistics jobs in relevant enterprises, most of the higher vocational colleges can’t make a good and definite logistics management professional personnel training specifications to dock with the enterprises’ post requirements, on the one hand there are many professionals with diploma and certificate of professional skills can’t find suitable jobs; on the other hand, the enterprises still have a lot of “talent gap”. How to take a reasonably and effectively cultivation of high-quality skilled logistics management talents is an important task for higher vocational colleges.This article takes an in-depth analysis of the unbalanced problems between higher vocational logistics management talents supply and the demand of talents from the market on the background of the development demands of logistics industry in China, the market of logistics management talents demand status, and find out the roots. Then, for these questions and drawing on the logistics management personnel training experience of the western developed countries, this article come up with a logistics management personnel training mode of decentralized special skills module courses carried in logistics enterprises based on the Mu class and micro course, to achieve a docking way between higher vocational colleges logistics management teaching activities and social logistics enterprises’ demand specifications for talent.
