With the talent competition as the core of the international competition is increasingly fierce,the demand for information management talents in the society emerge as diversified trends.Universities are undertaking the task of cultivating talents that meet the needs of society.Cultivation of diversified information management talents with the coordinated development of knowledge,quality,and ability have reached consensus on talent training models.Industry-academia cooperation and collaborative education are the inevitable road to the reform of higher education talent training model.The cross-cutting and innovative characteristics of information management professional talent training make the collaborative teaching practice become an indispensable link in the teaching process.Comprehensive research on various types of school-enterprise cooperation models in domestic universities,it is found that the cooperation between applied undergraduate universities and enterprises are more formal.In the environment of collaborative education,how to maximally stimulate the enthusiasm of the subjects such as industry,university and research institutes to participate in collaborative education training has become a major problem that needs to be solved urgently.First of all,based on consulting a large number of domestic and foreign research studies on the integration of industry and education,we conduct field surveys and interview professional authoritative professors for the information management major of H university.It mainly starts from the school-enterprise cooperation of the school's information management major,the current status of the practice teaching of collaborative education,and the practical teaching process.The investigation and analysis reveal that there are exist some problems in the cooperative education of information management major,such as the shallow cooperation between school and enterprise,the low participation of enterprises in practice teaching,and the lack of information exchange platform for cooperation between school and enterprise.In order to solve the above problems,the theoretical method of process reengineering is used to optimize the practical teaching process of cooperative education for the information management major.It also proposes that a mature collaborative education mechanism guarantees that the optimized practice teaching process for the information management major can be successfully implemented.In view of the lack of school-enterprise cooperation information exchange platform for information management major,at the same time,it also assists schools and enterprises conducting talent training and practical teaching business management.According to the principles of platform design,a collaborative education platform based on professional practice teaching process is constructed.Guided by the concept of collaborative education,the optimized collaborative teaching practice process of the information management major pays more attention to the application of students' theory in practice and the cultivation of professional technology skills,which fundamentally solves the problem of shallow cooperation between schools and enterprises.The functional design of the collaborative education platform can also solve the situation of information islands and untimely communication in the process of collaborative education,focus on resolving many contradictions such as the distribution of benefits and sharing exchanges among multiple collaborative subjects,and promote the overall quality and comprehensive accomplishment of students majoring in information management under the circumstance of voluntary,active,long-term linkage and highly coordinated development of all subjects of collaborative education.
