Study Of Urban Community Governance System

This essay focuses on the management system of the community that is based on the residents committee. In the essay, the author has reviewed the social states of the local citizens in the city that have come down since the Liberation. The samples analyzed in the essay are chosen from Dong Ming Community, Pu Dong District, Shanghai, and the local citizen organizations can fall into six categories. They are the type of political expression, the type of human right and benefit dimension, the type of public representative, the type of hobby clubs, the type of commonweal service and the type of virtue sparkplug. The author tries to instruct the different political functions and the social effect of the different types of local communities, the inner governing system and the intercrossing of the local government' s social management abilities. The structure of the current community committee has also been seriously analyzed and critically reflected. And the author has put forward the necessary models of the development in community management.
