"The Full-time Compulsory education Language Curriculum Standard (Experimental Manuscript) has been promulgated by the Ministry of Education in July 2001.It integrated the comprehensive study to the language curriculum system and side by side with the "literacy and write", "reading", "Writing" and "oral communication". From then on, the concept of a comprehensive study into the curriculum areas of language and constitutes a segment of language education in the various study an important aspect of the curriculum reform. Later, the Chinese practice of a comprehensive study to launch comprehensively in the process of the implementation of new curriculum standards, and it becomes a significant improvement of the Chinese curriculum reform. But, because of "language curriculum standards" only lists the stage target of the"integrated study", the proposed recommendations of teaching and evaluating, but not to make the specific position of the basic concept, content, functions about the "comprehensive study" and not to give clearly requirements and the normative description on how to implement, So the comprehensive study of curriculum reform shows a kind of blindness and randomness universality in the exploration of the Chinese practice . The emergence of this situation closely related to the lag of the theoretical research, Thus, Strengthen the theoretical study of the Chinese General Theory will become an important driving force to correct the practice deviation and guide the practice and exploration towards to the rational norms direction. Based on this cognitive logic, this paper will attempt to make a preliminary study on the basis of a comprehensive theoretical system which at the basis of the absorption of the results which had been attained from the previous studies.The theoretical conduct of the Comprehensive study on the Chinese refers to some questions, these questions include to explain the interpretation of the comprehensive study of the Chinese, to establish the theoretical basis, to grasp the characteristics of curriculum and to make the position of the curriculum objective and the pursue value. At first, we must be to clear the connotation of the Comprehensive study on the Chinese, its emergence based on the continuous development and improvement of the comprehensive curriculum. The implementation of discuss the Comprehensive study on the Chinese should thank to the trace of the curriculum's evolution history which both in domestic and foreign and the grasp of the concept of curriculum, because they provided Curriculum sources. At the same time, the comparison between the analysis of related concepts and the similar curriculum make the comprehensive study of language gets a clear positioning and a complete explanation of the connotation. Secondly, on this basis, by virtue of a comprehensive study based on the general theory of curriculum and curriculum subjects of language based on a comprehensive study for the Chinese to build a solid theoretical foundation and to study the characteristics of the subjects, integration, openness and Practical which be reflected in comprehensive study of Chinese. Finally, to discuss the goal and the value of the comprehensive study of the Chinese curriculum by the concept of curriculum reform and characteristics of curriculum. General study of Chinese teaching reflects a combination of the dominant goal and the hidden goal; it also reflects the unification of three-dimensional goal which includes the knowledge and ability, process and methods, feelings, attitudes and values. The basic spirit of the Curriculum is "for the development of every student," It is be reflected by the comprehensive study of Chinese. Namely, it is the common pursuit of the student's all-round development and personality development, and the Capacity-building of the student's self-education and their lifelong education.
