This paper studies the causes affecting the physical health of middle school students in Shaanxi province and the method encouraging students to participate in sports. 1800 male and female students from more than 30 different schools in town or rural area in Shannon Hailey and GuanZhong were chosen to conduct the survey. By using a random stratified sampling method, more than 80 teachers conducted the questionnaire survey The survey did some related researches in the government general policy, the sport ecological environment in schools community and family from which we conclude nine ways to promote the physical health of middle school students. The results are asfollowing:一,Research on the factors that affect the health of middle school students1 Firstly, factors including government ideology, management philosophy, attention, education funding and other factors.From the point of the proportion of the two factors- status of establishing sports disciplines and Attention, This reveals that government measures on the degree of physical health of middle school students can not be neglected.2. School Sports ecological environment factors(1) School management factorsSchool grounds equipment and other hardware facilities are two very important factors which ensure the quality of physical health of students.(2) The influence produced by The efficiency of physical education teachers and the Work intensity on the physical health of the school students. Study shows that the degree of receiving knowledge is a relatively important factor. Students must adhere to the extra-curricular activities-two gymnastics lesson, which affects the physical health effects of secondary school students a lot.(3) Teachers' Integrated teaching ability factors: the proportion of Research capability of teachers and teaching standards, teaching mode selection and application, teaching effectiveness and acceptance of students are very important factors.(4) The eight factors influencing the personal interests and future benefits: the proportion of the first five factors, including Assessment Title criteria, benefits besides wage, job evaluation systems, research capacity and continuing are very effective factors.(5) Factors including teaching materials updating, lesson plans writing and office environment :study reveals that among the five factors, lesson plans writing. All of them affect the physical health teaching. (6) Large number of students in physical education class, Subjective thinking of teaching lacks clarity, teaching status can not be optimistic. In teaching, the teachers is not clear about the dominant teaching Philosophy, and they do not attach importance to teaching quality.(7) The factor of Imperfect system of physical fitness test. The survey shows that only part of middle school organize the test and take the examination before the graduation. , And there are also some schools generally have lower graduation standards.(8) The impact on the physical health of secondary school students because of the Lack of physical education. It is reflected that secondary school students evaluate the physical education as general. Many secondary school students do not like the physical education, but prefer to join the Freedom Movement.. The research shows that the secondary school physical education for secondary school students gradually lose the attractiveness .(9) The impact on the physical health of School student due to the poor organizations and extra-curricular activities. This paper reveals that many secondary schools do not have the organizers of extra-curricular activities, extra-curricular sports activities are all in a mess, school.3. Factors of Family Sports eco-environment.Family eco-environment is a complex system, including family income, level of parental education, the expectation on the children's education; parents' cognitive development of sports knowledge. This paper finds that factors, including parental expectations, their attitude, family diet health, domestic violence, parental divorce, empty nest phenomena and tense parent-child relationship affect physical exercise and sports participation.4. Factors of Community Sports eco-environment.The Survey reveals that the majority of communities in Shaanxi Province have no fitness equipment and sports facilities, operation and use of the system still is not perfect. Even if there is, they won't participate, which fully shows that secondary school students almost miss in the ecological environment of the community sports.5. The factors of studentsSurvey displays that most of the secondary school students have not drawn up any plan for the sports participation , they are blind about or not to participate in the physical exercise . During the Holidays, many secondary school students study at home, only a few take exercise accompanied by their parents. The surveyshows that this factor is the most pessimistic.二,Methods promoting the participation of the secondary school students in sports in Shaanxi Province.On the basis of conscientious implementation of the education policy and ensuring legitimate the interests of the secondary school students, we should promote the concept change, strengthen secondary school teaching staff training, rationally allocate teaching resources, perfect the sports teaching mode, and improve teaching quality. Scientifically budget, reasonably allocate ensure equipment construction and operation, actively organize community sports, promote the sports participation of secondary school students. Enhance effective way of deepening western "sunshine sports project" and promote the implementation of research results, establish the sports education concept of western professional sports teacher, build scientific course system, train a new generation of sports education workers with the philosophy of health first". Relationship and the convergence between the basic physical education higher sports education, ensure the continuity of the physical education, practically implement the policy of the sun sports project and the free education for the physical education teachers in secondary schools, strengthen teachers' competence training and promote the change in the direction of "Entertainment Sports "," Happy Sport ","Physical Fitness sports".三. AdvicesEducation administrative departments of the school physical education should strengthen the macro-leadership, planning and coordination, and protect the practical implementation according to legal system. Enhance the construction of the sports teacher team; organize regular physical education, regular study and training, speed up the knowledge updating. Pay attention to the cultivation of psychological quality of students, guide the students to adhere to physical exercise and train the habits of life-long physical exercise. Actively create conditions for community and family activities, improve the sports facilities and health conditions. Jointly carry out extra-curricular activities initiated by the community and schools, create a good training environment, and stimulate student's interest and motivation. Attach much importance to the construction of family sports environment, increase the guidance of parents and guide the parents' idea change.
