The Ministry of Education issued Guiding Outline for Kindergarten Education(for Trial Implementation). It emphasizes cultivating childhood's mathematics consciousness, developing childhood's thinking structure, and closely interating mathematics learning with actual life. In practice, whether kindergarten teachers can do it or not, it depends on their math attainment. However, the survey on kindergarten teachers' mathematics emotion and arousing math educational organization showed that their math attainment is lower. And it has relationship with the normal kindergarten training school students' lower math attainment. Therefore, the research on how to improve their math attainment becomes very important.Using the research results on the math attainment home and abroad for reference, I firstly definite math attainment: People got math knowledge and mathematical ability; built math emotion and views of math through mathematical education and their own practical activity and cognitive activity. Then I did a series of surveys: They are surveys on math attainment, emotion and learning habit of students in kindergarten training school; surveys on math emotion and math educational organization. Through these surveys, I comprehend their current math attainment and their emotions towards math.According to the survey results, I analyze the reasons, try to find out the methods to improve students' math attainment in normal kindergarten training school.1. Reform the school mathematics curriculum in normal kindergarten training school. At the moment when curriculum revolution on the basis education goes on like wildfire, the curriculum revolution in normal kindergarten school is still in straight line. The teaching contents and aims in the original math symmabus is incommensurate to the current education form in the normal kindergarten training school. The article combines characteristics of students in there schools, construct math curriculum reform proposals in normal kindergarten training school.2. Change math teaching methods. In order to improve normal kindergarten training school students' math attainment, I present the follow several tactics based on previous research experience:(1) Change the methods to impart knowledge, cultivate students' positive emotions towards math.(2)Associated with actual life, cultivate students' application awareness.(3)Pay attention to cultural value of math, taste the wonderful feelings of math.(4)Permeat the math thoughtway, cultivate the math ability.Based on theoretical study, I carried out a teaching experiment to improve normal kindergarten training school students' math attainment in two parallel classes, I proved the validity of the project proposed in this paper.
