With the gradual deepening of the new curriculum reform, some experts and scholars andclassroom teachers are the emotional first proposed in the new curriculum, attitudes and valuesof the target given sufficient attention. Especially in the classroom teaching process, teachersbegan to focus on teaching session and the students in the learning process if there is a certainemotional attitudes and values goals, some researchers not only concerned about the realizationof this goal, and personally, actively implementing the teaching practice. In this context, in orderto understand the current high school ideological and political teaching emotions, attitudes andvalues of the target attainment, the authors chose the "High School" economic life "emotion,attitude values goals" as a research topic.The first part of the main contents emotions, attitudes and values objectives were outlined.First, emotions, attitudes and values objectives were defined through teaching, the students’learning process have a profound and positive experience, when faced with the choice of thingsto have the correct internal state, the things around to have scientific assessments and opinions.Emotions, attitudes and values among interrelated and influence each other, mutual penetration,together constitute an individual’s personality qualities. Knowledge, abilities, and emotions,attitudes, values and promote each other, influence each other, emotions, attitudes and valuesformation requires a certain amount of knowledge experience as a prerequisite; emotions,attitudes and values of the mastery of knowledge, the formation of the ability to have a greatpromotion for; emotions, attitudes and values of knowledge, the ability to use certain guidingfunction. Great importance to the implementation of the emotions, attitudes and values of thetarget has a very important significance. It is in line with the world trend of educationaldevelopment; it is consistent with the core philosophy of the new curriculum reform in China;conducive to the implementation of humane care education.The second part focuses on the current "economic life" teaching emotions, attitudes andvalues to achieve the objective existence of problems and their causes. High school politicalteaching emotions, attitudes and values objectives problems in teaching goal design, theimportance of emotions, attitudes and values, goals not enough, not good at mining life factorstextbooks teaching content processing, single teaching method is not conducive to theimplementation of the objectives of the emotions, attitudes and values, lack of good teaching environment, and ignore the students’ emotions, attitudes and values to guide the evaluation ofclassroom teaching. Analysis of the main reasons for these problems the following four aspects:Examination and academic pressures still the most important factors constraining theimplementation of the attitudes and values teaching goals, teachers implement the initiative ofattitudes and values curriculum goals, emotions, attitudes and values, goals lack of relevantguidance, teachers’ understanding of the emotions, attitudes and values, goals, there is a certainbias.The third part, mainly including senior politics in the classroom teaching emotions, attitudesand values teaching objectives to achieve the principles and recommendations to achieveteaching objectives of emotions, attitudes and values. Realize the emotions, attitudes and valuesteaching objectives to follow the principle of: integration principle; situational principles;affection blend of principle; experiential principles. Recommendations to achieve the target ofemotions, attitudes and values teaching mainly consists of two levels, the first is to enhance thequality of teachers is a prerequisite for achieving the goals of the emotions, attitudes and values ":To continuously improve the professional quality of teachers, to the transformation of theteachers teaching concepts; classroom teaching is the main way to achieve the objectives ofemotions, attitudes and values: Concerned about the reality of the economic life of the students,to train students to actively participate in the emotion, the creation of good teaching situation, tostimulate students’ emotional experience, optimize the teaching and learning environment, andcreate a good learning atmosphere, improve classroom teaching evaluation, strengtheningstudents’ emotions, attitudes and values of the culture.
