With the guidance of the thought of new Curricula Innovation, during the practice of the second stage of the Curricula Innovation of Shanghai, and on the base of my own teaching practice, I try to expand classroom teaching and that carry through teaching practice, and I write this thesis according to my teaching practice process and experience, and practice production, in order that I can step up my teaching ability and research level.The curriculums scheme of general middle school and primary school of Shanghai definitely points out that the basic thought of the curriculums of general middle school and primary school of Shanghai is taking the students' development as the principal, and persisting in all of the students' all-round development, and paying attention to individual students' healthiness development and sustainable development. The curriculums should provide manifold learning experience and enrich it, and expand basic connotation, intensify the curriculums conformity, consummate learning mode and spread out learning space-time, so as to frame the curriculums structure including basic curriculum, expanding curriculum and research curriculum. So that I carry out physics expanding teaching in my teaching practice of middle school, which both accords with the standard of Curricula Innovation and tallies with the teaching actuality, what' s more, it can incarnate the new thought of teaching practice.The physics expanding curriculum of middle school is a new curricula form. If it can be put in practice efficiently, it will be an important approach to cultivate the students' independent innovation consciousness and practice abilities.This thesis involves five chapters. It is from the five aspects which are unfolding the teaching background, spreading out the aims of teaching research, the study of the theories of the physics expanding teaching of middle school, the physics expanding teaching practice , and the teaching evaluation, and this thesis adopts many kinds of research methods, such as literature analytical method, conversation, questionnaire, contrast experiment investigation and teaching practice, replies sufficient argumentation and expatiates the necessity and importance of carrying out the physics expanding curriculum of middle school. I hope my thesis can provide some reference for other teachers, so as to improve the teaching validity and deepen the physics inside and outside classroom teaching of middle school.
