Study On The Application Of "Expanding Space" In The Teaching Materials Of Morality And Rule Of Law In Junior Middle School

The innovative column "expanding space" in the textbook "Morality and Rule of Law" in junior high school has comprehensive practicality and expansion.Located in the last link of the course,the form is short,but it is necessary for each course.As a relatively independent column is also the expansion of textbook knowledge sublimation."Expand the Space" column is rich in types and forms,mainly in the form of activities,such as:classroom discussions,situational performances,keynote speeches,debate competitions,life surveys.This column transforms the traditional indoctrination teaching into the extended practical course,closely links the curriculum knowledge with the life practice,is close to the student life reality,the guidance significance is stronger.This column enhances the interest and moral education of classroom teaching.It has become an important way for students to expand their knowledge breadth,cultivate moral education literacy,improve their thinking level and improve their comprehensive ability.Because in the actual teaching,the teacher only pays attention to the text part of the course content,the use of this column in the teaching is very little,which leads to the column can not fully reflect the original intention of its column setting,nor has it realized its due value.In order to realize the overall goal of cultivating students' core elements and teaching objectives,to give full play to the value of this column and to improve the students' comprehensive quality,it is necessary to carry out in-depth research on the "expanding space" column in the textbook of morality and Rule of Law in junior high school.The column can be divided into four types:reflective,understanding,experiential and practical.At the same time,the expansion of space column features bright,novel material selection,diverse content,various forms,with the times,pay attention to tamping the foundation and expanding sublimation.It has high intrinsic value in teaching,helps to improve teaching efficiency,pushes students to interact,deepens knowledge understanding and improves quality and ability.Therefore,it is necessary and important to use this column reasonably in teaching.However,in the process of using this column,there are also problems of reflection,understanding,experience,and practice.To sum up,from the principles of subsidiarity,flexibility and innovation,this paper explores the use strategies and demonstration of four types of expansion space in teaching.
