Social Work Involvement In Community-based Family Education Guide Research

Community-based family education guidance activities, is the product of the continuously expanding community services and further deepen family education guidance activities. Family education guidance activities based on community , comparing to school family education guidance, has a lot of advantages ,such as the wide range of education audience, the Universal education places,the diversity educational content, the co-ordinating educational management and the mass participation. However ,under the existing community system,it is still a problem that how to integrate community service with family education guidance organically. The involvement of social work service can happen to make up for this deficiency.This research focus on researching an effective model that can promote the family education guidance service provided by social worker.This research is under the guidance of social work ethics and values,it integrate the elements of Community-based family education guidance and service to Explore the System that make social work intervene in public service organically.In order to promote family education guidance completely, We must promote the integration of resources and share resources to meet the weaknesses,that has a special theoretical significance for researching social work service models and family education guidance in the new social background. At the same time, this study focused on community-based family education guidance services to change the mode of operation "in schools, Light Community" and make up for deficiencies in the areas of this study to a certain extent. On the basis of literature and demand survey,this study has carried out a series of practical activities in model community. On the one hand, in order to set up community resources system for family education guidance, this study integrate the strength of social workers, volunteers, Community workers and so on .on the other hand ,this study puts the results of theory study into practice in order to meet the specific needs of family education.In the process of service,we reflect and revise our research projects to make the results more operable and effective.Social worker,as the third-part outside the government and community, stimulate the potential of community and satisfy the needs of community residents by the government's efforts,that explores an effective way to integrate community resources.At the same time,social workers ,as part of the project team members, direct the community service as an expert,and it is successful experience of that government purchase social work service thtough projects. Finally, involving social work service into community-based family education guidance activities, is an improvement of traditional family education guidance,it promote the further development of family education guidance service in our country.
