Primary And Secondary School Teachers Continue To The Right To Education To Achieve

It is the right and obligation for all the teachers to attend in different tainings.The right of teachers'continuing education is a legal right,which is not only a basic right——originated from the citizen's right to receive education ,but also a professional right——based on the teachers'professional status.The realization of the right of primary and secondary school teachers'continuing education has a significant meaning to enhance teachers'diathesis. The realization of the right of primary and secondary school teachers'continuing education must rely on the active action of their subjects of right——the active action of primary and secondary school teachers,and the active action of their subjects of obligation——all levels of government and education administration departments,schools,taining institutions. However, the current conditions about the realization of the right of primary and secondary school teachers'continuing education is far from well.This paper took primary and secondary school teachers'continuing education in xi county as the studying object,from a rights perspective,and based on questionnaires and interviews to present the problems which occurred in realizing process.According to the problems and the xi county's actual situation,this paper put forward some feasible measures to guarantee the primary and secondary school teachers'right of continuing education.After studying some references the writor,firstly,analyzed the primary and secondary school teachers'rights of continuing education,summarized its concept,characters and the elements of how to realize the rights. Then, according to the questionnaires and interviews, presented the problems which occurred in realizing process.lastly,gave some measures to guarantee the primary and secondary school teachers'right of continuing education.
