Thus, in nowadays, the technology of network improved quickly, it influences the life of every people. Network becomes the main lifestyle of the university students, and it has great influences on university students. They may draw support from the network to act the same role in the real society, completing all sorts of similar work. For example, the network study may change the traditional university educational to make better knowledge dissemination; the network games can offer people great pleasure. While the university students are using each kind of network service, they also are influenced by network. The network period proposed the new challenge to the leisure education of university. Under such times background, university should combine the time background with technology to carry out leisure education to university students. Through the education of leisure, universities develop positive influence of leisure education in the university students and get rid of all sorts of disturbances to the university students, helping the university students to obtain the high quality network leisure.
