University Students' Management Based On Knowledge Management Research

In this paper, based on the theory of knowledge management and the department of students'status management and the work of the actual situation, we develop a set of knowledge management strategy for the department. Using the strategy as a guide, we implemented concretely the knowledge management from process, technical and organizational aspects. And then the knowledge management theory is applied to construction of department of students' status management and Students's tatus management work.This study used literature study method, multi-disciplinary reference method and the contrast analysis to study the knowledge management theory and methods of university Students'status management deeply. At the same time, this paper tried to compare the management theory of administration, human resources management and process management and draw on knowledge management methods from different industry and different organizations, so as to find suitable ideas and methods for Students' status management and knowledge management from multiple perspectives.We think bringing the knowledge management ideas and methods into department of students' status management can inject new vitality into the students'status management work, improve the use of knowledge level effectively, and improve the efficiency of students' status management. The sharing, creation and application of knowledge is not a vacuum occurs, in fact, knowledge management must combine with the business processes, it can play a role in students' status management. Not only knowledge management should combine with specific business processes, but also build information systems for knowledge management, to create a good environment for organizational study and knowledge sharing. What's more, knowledge management should build a knowledge-oriented organizational culture, and create an organizational structure and corresponding knowledge incentives which is good for knowledge sharing and knowledge innovation.
