Because under expanding global economy, a country the rate of innovation has become the lifeblood of a country’s economic development, is currently in innovation, entrepreneurship has become the main focus of national economic development, how to "promote to conduct public participation activities to innovation " has become the focus of attention of researchers. Therefore, this paper, to improve the innovation ability of college students have a positive impact through theoretical and practical significance of research and innovation environment Innovation Behavior of College Students.In this paper, the innovation behavior for college students as the research object, focusing on the analysis of its influence factors and their relationship to establish the relationship between the four theoretical model based on empirical research. In an atmosphere of innovation based on innovative behavior effect on the introduction of innovative self-efficacy and constructive debate two variables, build innovative atmosphere of innovation behavior of college students theoretical model assumptions, but also innovation intermediary role of self-efficacy and constructive debate regulation of empirical research. Students through the sample survey, 342 valid questionnaires collected data on the authenticity of the data is detected, analyzed using statistical methods to verify the theoretical assumptions of the model, the results showed innovative atmosphere not only for innovative behavior of college students have a positive influence, through innovative self-efficacy also indirectly affect innovation behavior; constructive debate plays a role in regulating the role of innovation and innovative behavior of the atmosphere in the process.Finally, we put forward to improve the behavior of college students innovative strategies based on the assumption verification results. Create innovative teaching atmosphere directly determine the enforcement of innovative behavior of the students; students confidence to generate innovation innovative behavior plays an important role; the same time to encourage students to argue in the team for the implementation of innovative behavior also played a role.
