Research on classroom teaching-and-learning environment has been a hot topic in the area of sociology of education, educational psychology and science education in the last 30 years. As a result, we should pay more attention on adult classroom teaching-and-learning environment. Adult classroom teaching-and-learning environment, as a complex system consisted of various factors, exerts tremendous influences on the cognition, emotion and behavior in the process of adult students'learning. It is a very important hidden factor affecting the teaching activities, and it is also an indispensable factor for adult classroom teaching. Therefore, comprehensive exploration and search for the optimization strategy of adult classroom teaching-and-learning environment is not only an effective way to improve teaching effectiveness, but also the inherent requirements of adult student learning and development. The thesis explained the concept of adult classroom environment as a starting point and analyzes the characteristics of ideal adult classroom teaching-and-learning environment. Combined with the factors of adult classroom teaching-and-learning environment, the author explored the optimization strategy of adult classroom teaching-and-learning environment based on the current situations of the problems and causes. It has theory value and practical significance, which is the author's starting point and purpose of the study.In order to enhance the concepts and theories of the scope more scientific and convincing, the author access to a lot of literature, both at home and abroad to understand as much as possible the level of research and the status quo of adult classroom teaching-and-learning environment. In this basis, in-depth research on the optimization of adult classroom teaching-and-learning environment is done by using literature, comparative, historical and some other important research methods. Main viewpoints and reads are as follows:Adult classroom teaching-and-learning environment is the sum of elements including physical and space, organization and system, relationship and psychology. Ideal adult classroom teaching-and-learning environment should focus on the development of adult students which meet the following four characteristics:comfortable and reasonable physical environment; harmony and affinity relationships; active and efficient, relaxed and happy classroom atmosphere; relaxed, orderly and positive organization and system. The teaching concept of adult teachers and students is the potential factor of adult classroom teaching-and-learning environment; the unique nature of adult learning is the primary basis t for the creation of adult classroom teaching-and-learning environment; the teaching behavior of adult teachers is a key factor which determines the adult classroom teaching-and-learning environment. Adult teaching evaluation system is the important security to optimize adult classroom teaching-and-learning environment. The generally looking at the current status of adult classroom teaching-and-learning environment, although some achievements have been made, there are also many problems and negative factors:Apply the general education's design of physical environment, unable to adapt to the physical and psychological needs of adult students. Follow the "control-obey" model of teacher-student relations, it is difficult to achieve truly effective interaction; Lack of emotion and vitality of the classroom climate, detained adult students'free expression of emotion; Lack of order in the organization system environment makes it difficult to provide proper protection for classroom instruction. To solve the above problem, we should take effective measures to optimize the adult classroom environment. Specifically include:Set human physical environment based on adults'physical and psychological needs. Change the traditional "teacher authority" concept and remodel harmonious interpersonal relationships; Standard the classroom teaching behavior of adult education teachers, make classroom teaching circumstance full of freedom, safety, relaxation and happiness. Improve the adult classroom teaching evaluation system to guide the healthy development of the organizational system environment.
