Confucius Talent Thoughts

Confucius is an outstanding thinker of ancient China , also a founder of a private teaching system in ancient China and the first "Sir"to impart knowledge to the private sector. During his 40 years of teaching practice, he has accumulated rich experience in the cultivation of talents and made a very valuable idea of the selection and use of personnel,which has a significant impact on personality development of many of the sages in ancient China and values formation of the Chinese nation."The Analects of Confucius" is considered as the most reliable and basic information of researching into the talent ideas .Based on the research into "The Analects of Confucius",the article analyses Confucius 's opinions on human resources in political practice, educational activities and summarizes the thinking of the talents.Through reading and collecting a large number of related research papers, I learn various perspectives and mine from the more in-depth thinking of the essence of Confucius talents as far as possible in order to provide the reference for the use for contemporary talent and training etc.The first chapter describes the background of the Confucian ideology of the talent .Placing the Confucian talent ideas in a particular histroy , culture, political and economic context of life and personal life,Icarry out a comprehensive analysis and understanding. The second chapter is about the Confucian "Respecting Intellectuals" thought and the standard of talent .In addition,it mainly analyzes the logical starting point of Confucius thinking--"Respecting Intellectuals" .Besides this, it also investigates the moral character of "Gentle" , the quality of knowledge of "learned in the text", the ability and responsibility of "can greatly" , the values of"Justice & Benefit" .In this section,the talent standard set from four aspects is explored. The third chapter deals with the selection and use of Confucius's measures.Confucius creates a method of selection and use of personnel, which breaks through the limitations of the official system of the personnel system at that time to a certain extent and is progressive. The fourth chapter includes the talent cultivation of"education for all", the personnel training content of"the text, behavior, loyalty, trust", the personnel training purpose of "excellent learning official" and the talent training methods of"heuristic"and"individualized teaching".The personnel training Confucius thought is summarized in four aspects above.In the fifth chapter , the essence of Confucius thought is combined with some of the current civil service selection system , the contemporary social system and a number of issues of school personnel training to explore the real value of Confucian talent thought.
