With the deepening of the new college entrance examination reform and the change of admission system,it has brought great challenges to the students of general high school to choose universities and majors.High school students follow their interests and hobbies to choose universities and majors independently,which affects the students' learning motivation,career exploration and the direction of future career struggle.Students in the high school stage are in the career exploration period.Their development focuses on self cognition and social occupation cognition in school,community activities and social practice activities,that is,the individual is under the impetus of motivation to explore self cognition and environment.Through literature review,we know that there are close relations among autonomy,occupation exploration,professional maturity and learning motivation.Based on previous studies,649 high school students from six high schools in Shaanxi Province were selected as the research objects,and uses "Autonomy Function index Scale","Career Exploration Questionnaire","Middle School Students' Career Maturity Scale" and "Learning Motivation Questionnaire" as the main measurement tools to investigate the high school students' autonomy,career exploration,career maturity and learning motivation,Through descriptive statistics,analysis of variance,correlation analysis and structural equation model test,this paper discusses the relationship between high school students' autonomy,career exploration,career maturity and learning motivation,and the mediating role of career maturity and career exploration between autonomy and learning motivation.The results shows that:(1)There are differences in demography regarding high school students' autonomy,learning motivation,career maturity and career exploration;male students' autonomy and career exploration are significantly higher than females',and non-only child's career exploration is higher than only child's;(2)Autonomy has direct positive prediction effect on learning motivation;autonomy could positively predict learning motivation through career exploration,Autonomy positively predicts learning motivation through career maturity,that is,career exploration and career maturity plays an intermediary role between autonomy and learning motivation;(3)Through comparison of gender models,the direct effects of autonomy and learning motivation of both gender students are significant;there are significant differences between male and female students in indirect effects.The results of this study show that occupation exploration and occupation maturity mediate the relationship between autonomy and learning motivation.This model expands the content of career education,and contributes to China's localization career planning theory.It is of great significance to improve the autonomy of high school students and promote students' learning motivation and occupation exploration behavior.Therefore,in the future career education,we should not only pay attention to the direct impact of career exploration on high school students' learning motivation,but also pay attention to the intermediary role of career maturity.
