Colleges And Universities Two Academic Organizational Structure Design,

Based on the analysis of the function situation and staff structure of the educational administration of the affiliated colleges to high schools, this thesis, from the perspective of theory of organization, puts forward an educational administrative structure which better suits the change and development of educational environment and promote the teaching quality, working efficiency and service ability.Firstly, with comparative method and document analysis, the thesis expounds the structure development history of high school educational administration and makes comparison with the structure of high school educational administration abroad. Secondly, from the perspective of theory of organization, the thesis elaborates the principles abided by the structure design of high school educational administration, the factors that affect the structure design of high school educational administration and the development tendency of the structure design of high school educational administration and so on. Above analysis provides the theoretical basis for the following researches. Thirdly, based on field interview, the thesis discusses the function situation, structure features and staff structure of the educational administration of the affiliated colleges and, particularly, finds defects and problems that disobeys the development of educational environment. Standing on this and making use of the theory of organization, the thesis seeks to find the building concept and principle and the frame and function of the educational administration of the affiliated colleges so as to offer advice to the improvement of educational administration of the affiliated colleges.
