| With the promulgation and implementation of the Outline of 《National Medium and Long-Term Plan for Educational Reform and Development(2010-2020)》,the research on the reform of elementary education has attracted extensive attention.At present,the basic education is increasingly showing the integration of universities,government and society.As an important form in the current public elementary school,university affiliated elementary school has several unique advantages,especially in the configuration of technology capital and human capital.Therefore,how to precisely transform universities’ education resources to into primary school education advantage during the collaborative education process,is not only the significant perspective of thinking for education administrators,but also a realistic demands of elementary education management.Taking university affiliated elementary school of Fujian Province as the research object,this paper selects the different patterns of three representative university affiliated elementary school as the research sample.Firstly,literature research,questionnaire survey and semi-structured interviews and other research methods are adopted,which research the present situation of the primary school attached to universities.Then,the existing problems and deep reasons are explored.Finally,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.This paper consists of six parts:The first part is the introduction.This part mainly includes the research origin,research significance,literature review,research methods,it focus on the historical development,the research necessity and the feasibility and systematic of the method.The second part is the research basis of cooperative running in the university affiliated primary school.This part firstly combs and defines the related concepts.Then,trust theory,collaborative innovation theory,two-factor incentive theory and educational ecology theory are selected as the theoretical tools.Finally,according to the organizational relationship of educational administrative departments,colleges and universities,affiliated primary schools,enterprises and social organizations,the affiliated primary schools are divided into three modes,namely,affiliated primary schools,co-built primary schools and embedded primary schools,and their characteristics are analyzed respectively.The above four theories and three modes lay a solid theoretical foundation for this paper.The third part is the investigation of the present situation of cooperative running of affiliated primary schools.In this study,six dimensions(school-running planning,cultural education,course teaching,teacher-student development,organization and management,and resource sharing)are considered in the questionnaire survey,and the relevant data is analyzed and explained by using statistical software SPSS21.0.The fourth part is the characterization analysis of cooperative running of affiliated primary schools.This questionnaire results show: multiple subjects support and recognize the coordination of running a school from the macroscopic level,however,from the micro level,some problems are emerging in each dimension of collaborative education,and they are classified into six types: absence for school planning coordination,stuck of cultural education coordination,loss of teaching coordination,feeble of development coordination of teachers and students,weak of organization management coordination,ineffective of the allocation of resources.The fifth part is the reasons of problems in cooperative school-running,the problems exposed in the questionnaire and the semi-structured interviews are investigated in depth.the main reasons are divided as three aspects,which is ambiguity of responsibility and power in the collaboration,defective cooperative school-running mechanism and lack of the rebuilding incentive mechanism of the cooperative school-running.The sixth part is the improvement countermeasures of cooperative running of affiliated primary schools in universities.In accordance with the reasons,some solutions are put forward to improve the education quality,and the integrated use of collaborative innovation theory,trust theory,double-factors incentive theory and education ecology are adopted to form four constructive countermeasures,they are establishment of collaboration mechanism of multiple subjects,innovation of the mechanism in trust and incentive,optimization of the development model of teaching and research cooperation,rebuild of the school resources sharing ecosystem. |
