A Study Of Improving The Efficiency Of Educational Administration In Colleges And Universities From The Perspective Of Management Benefit

With the expansion of enrollment in colleges and universities in China, the low efficiency of educational management problems have become increasingly prominent. Educational administration management of colleges and universities is the core part of the management which is closely to teaching. Improving the efficiency of educational administration management helps teaching carry out smoothly and efficiently, and is propitious to the efficient development of personnel training. The improvement the educational administration management must allocate the resources of educational management rationally to improve the efficiency of its use. The ultimate object of rational allocation of the resource is to pursue the maximization of management benefit. Thus, to enhance the educational administration management efficiency, the key we must recognize and solve firstly is the philosophy and business process issues,namely, to establish the performance management concept and to optimize the business processes. To enhance the educational management efficiency, there are the following paths to explore which are constructing and improving the secondary educational management of colleges, improving the quality and ability of educational staff, strengthening the construction of information management and advocate the human culture.
