Construction Of Evaluation Index System Of University Crisis Management Capability

Colleges has gained increased attention from the Government, parents, educational institutions, employers in recent years. Because of the"harmonious college"policy, each college should work hard on creating and enhancing internal and external social relationships in the whole china. College Management work involves the quality of teaching, academic research, infrastructure, crisis management, schools, logistics systems, the various parts of distinct and interrelated. Successful Crisis management is the prerequisite and basis for other parts of management in the school. Colleges work on improving crisis management capability that is to ensure and achieve a "harmonious campus" systematic work, which is important integral part of it. The research for Crisis Management of colleges is not only focus on the theoretical framework and conceptual system of building. This issue focuses on the indicators selected feasibility studies of crisis management capacity assessment system for colleges.The method of researching crisis management status is using literature and case analysis in the entire thesis. Crisis management capabilities of the evaluation of colleges need to be not only qualitative description and analysis, more quantitative description and analysis of the need. Using a questionnaire survey and literature to help target the collection of information, and a comprehensive evaluation model for the indicators to assess. Use one college in Chengdu as an example to test and prove useful of the Crisis Management Capability Evaluation Index System. Testing the resource of human, material, institutional, legal, organizational ability and other factors are owned by the university, throughout the crisis in the management of an integrated performance advantage or disadvantage, and establish a comprehensive, effective and accurate evaluation system will help promote the college crisis management capacity building, improving the overall management of colleges and universities the ability to work.
