With the rapid development of science and technology, productive force has been promoted greatly, and the whole world is full of opportunities and challenges in the 21st century. Reform and opening up policy has also come into a further stage of development in China. Economic growth and social progress have caused some social problems, such as the lack of human knowledge, interpersonal indifference, devoid of traditional morality, etc. This shows that science and technology can liberate the social productive forces and promote economical development, but it is unable to solve some social problems. It is important that enhancement of the human quality of the citizens and development of humanities knowledge are promoted in the whole society. The Higher education plays a vital role in training high quality of manpower and improving the citizen's humanities. Physical education majors have the aim to train students to become teachers in the future. The level of their humanistic qualities will have a direct impact on implementing the educational policy in China.By means of literature, logical analysis, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics, This article is to define the human concept, investigate the status of college students'humanistic qualities of the Physical Education in Heilongjiang Province, analyze, summarize and generalize the impact factors, and propose some effective ways to improve human qualities in aspects of the society, schools, teachers and students. In order to provide guidance and practical significance in training students in PE Specialty to better develop into "people", integrate the scientific spirit and humanistic spirit, and provide reference to the development of the humanistic quality education in higher education in Heilongjiang Province.In this paper, it has five parts.The first part is the introduction, including the basis topics, current situation, the objects of study, and research methods.The second part is to define the concept. There are the humanity, quality, humane education, humane quality, and humanistic spirits. It further demonstrates the significance of improving the humanity quality of physical education students in higher education, from such aspects as the development of the social, personal and higher education.The third part is to analyze the status of humanistic quality and its influence factors. Through learning the humanistic knowledge, understanding human thoughts, using human methods and following the human spirit, it discovers the impact factors.The fourth part is to put forward to the effective way of improving students'humanistic qualities of Physical Education major in Heilongjiang province. By survey status and analysis factors, it brings the effective way in the community, schools, teachers and students areas.The fifth part is to draw main conclusions.
